ABSYZ at the Salesforce Agentforce Hackathon
At ABSYZ, we have always believed that true growth happens at the intersection of challenge and opportunity. Our recent participation in the Salesforce Agentforce Hackathon, a pan-India competition, is a testament to that belief.
About the Hackathon
The Salesforce Agentforce Hackathon was open to teams of up to five members from across India. Participants were required to choose one of four industry domains:
- Automotive Cloud
- Health Cloud
- Consumer Goods Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud
Each domain offered two problem statements, and teams had to select one and build a fully functional solution around it, a challenge that demanded both technical depth and industry-specific thinking.
ABSYZ's participation: Going All In
Most organizations participate in hackathons with one or two teams. ABSYZ chose to do it differently.
We fielded 11 teams, involving approximately 53 professionals, a scale that speaks to our commitment to collective upskilling and innovation. A significant enabler of this broad participation was our recently converted bootcamp members, many of whom had completed the Agentforce League 360 program just a couple of months prior. Since every team was required to include at least one Agentforce League participant, their involvement was not just valuable, it was essential.
The Effort Behind the Submissions
Over the course of three to four weeks, our teams worked with remarkable dedication. Alongside their regular project deliverables, capability-tracking activities, and presales responsibilities, they committed extra hours to researching, building, and delivering hackathon solutions.
Of the 11 teams that participated, 5 successfully submitted complete demo solutions within the stipulated timeline, a strong outcome by any measure.
The Result: A Finalist Team from ABSYZ
The results brought with them a moment of great pride for the entire organization.
One of our teams has been selected for the final round, placing ABSYZ among only 12 finalist teams across all of India.
A heartfelt congratulations to the team members who made this possible:
Debasmita Rawooth, Gaurav Rawat, Nashra Fatima, Madhur Kannamwar, and Bhanu Mythreyi Ayaluri.
Their selection is a reflection of the quality of their solution, their clarity of thought, and the effort they invested throughout this journey.
Solutions Built Across Domains
Across all participating teams, the breadth of use cases developed was impressive. Here is a summary of the solutions our teams built:
Automotive Cloud
- Book Test Drive Agent
- Warranty Claim Agent
Retail & Consumer Goods
- Retail Execution Compliance Agent
- Store Expansion Strategy Agent
Healthcare
- Patient Scheduling Agent
- Post-Visit Log Agent
Financial Services
- Self-Service Robotic Customer Service Agent
- Market Monitoring Agent
Technologies and Capabilities Explored
What made this hackathon particularly enriching was the range of technologies our teams got hands-on exposure to, many of which go well beyond traditional Salesforce implementations:
- Industry Cloud implementations across four domains
- Agentforce implementation and orchestration
- Salesforce mobile development
- WhatsApp integration
- Agentforce Voice
- Custom Lightning Types for Agent UI
- Email Services integrated with autonomous agents
- Slack integration and Slack agents
- Several other advanced AI-driven capabilities
For many of our bootcamp members and recently trained professionals, this was their first opportunity to apply these skills in a real-world, problem-driven context, and the experience was invaluable.
What Comes Next
The hackathon may be a seminal point, but the work is far from over.
ABSYZ plans to continue developing and refining these use cases beyond the submission phase. The next steps include:
- Preparing detailed demo videos for presales and client-facing activities
- Creating implementation documentation to support replication and learning
- Publishing the content through ABSYZ Academy, making these real-world implementations accessible as learning material for the entire organization
This ensures that the knowledge, effort, and innovation generated by these 53 individuals do not remain siloed; they become a resource that benefits every ABSYZian.
We are proud of every team member who participated, every solution built, and every skill gained. This is what upskilling at scale looks like, and this is ABSYZ.
