Role: Salesforce Consultant
Exp: 4 to 5 yrs
Key skills: Salesforce, APEX, Visual force
Develop business requirements, solution design for implementation of CRM solutions. Strategize the change process and assist client in implementing an effective CRM solution
Provide probable solution options for customer service sales processes and functional architecture and act as an SME for full scale CRM implementation
Collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery for customers and formulate into intellectual property to grow our practice and library of tools; pro-actively identify existing or pending knowledge gaps and act to address them
Lightning Components, Events, Component Bundles etc.
Must have worked on both Salesforce Configuration and Customizations.
Hands on experience on Writing Triggers, VF pages, Test classs batch class.
Worked on Workflows , Processbuilder, Approval process etc.
Work on the Deployment using the Eclipse or Change Set etc.
Good technical skills in Salesforce CRM Technologies used and experience/trained in all phases of systems development and system maintenance.
Good analysis and problem solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SDLC practices and ability to apply them to system development (where applicable) or maintenance.
Good team player, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.
