Sourcing candidates through different channels.
Building a strong network for Campus Hiring.
End to End Recruitment & Head Hunting.
Arranging and coordinating for Interviews.
Identifying and sourcing the candidates for recruitment.
Identifying the institutions as a source for recruitment.
Planning and Scheduling for recruitment process.
MIS Report generation and database maintenance.
Conducting employee engagement activities.
Handling employee grievances .
Candidate must be experienced in Talent Acquisition & sourcing profiles from different channels.
Candidate should be well proficient of Recruitment Cycle.
Candidate should have excellent communication & written skill.
Smartness, Confidence & Flexibility are important.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
